hmm okay so i need to make sure i dont forget to add changes that ive planned or talked about. whats fascinating about this is that its such a small scale project and im already seeing how projects grow in scope, accumulate debt, neglect important features, and generally perform poorly.

one thing i want to do to keep myself accountable is to keep a features page so that everyone can see how my tasks progress (and maybe even make suggestions?)

for now, simplicity is key. just a simple todos is going to do the job. its a static page with a bunch of todo items. thats it.
