management
being the oldest, you naturally talk with some level of hutzpah. for your entire childhood, you boss around at the very least another human being. they listen to you (for the most part) and if you’re have way decent they respect you (for the most part).
you’d think it would be something i would want to do for the rest of my life given how much of a talent i had for it. maybe i will in a couple years, but not right now.
i dont think i could ever really be a manager. i enjoy the work too much and im not interested in delegating work to others, i want to learn. im working on a project with sarvesh right now and im basically the one making all the business decisions. now that’s fun and im gaining valuable insight, but at the cost of my own time. some good, some bad. sarvesh is keeping me accountable. having someone rely on me to give them instructions brings the problems to the forefront of my mind and forces me to tackle the problems as they come.
this is good.
